Made from polyester continuous filament, Serafil 180 (120/2) is an extremely fine sewing and embroidery thread with excellent colour saturation.
Serafil has a smooth, glossy surface with consistent thread character, a very high breaking strength and outstanding abrasion resistance.
Serafil is suitable for use on delicate and fine materials. Recommended for invisible hemming and over-edging; it is silk-like, adaptive, and semi-transparent. Also ideal for millinery, lace work and decorative adornments.
Machine needle size guide: NM65/9, NM70/10.
Can also be used for hand-sewing.
